Exchange and Return

Requests for exchanges or returns due to regret or withdrawal must be made via email contato@beegracie.com.br within seven calendar days after receiving the product.

It is essential that the item has the tag and is in perfect condition, without stains or signs of use.

After receiving the product, we will have a period of up to 7 business days to analyze and refund the amount. The refund will be processed after receiving and analyzing the conditions of the product.

There is no charge for the first exchange.

If it is necessary to exchange the part again, the customer will be responsible for shipping the part.
